Tähe 4 office building

Estiko fully modernised the building known for decades as the Institute of Physics of the University of Tartu back in 2015. The same year also awarded the construction with the “Building of the Year” title.

Tähe 4 is an office building managed by OÜ Robin Kinnisvara and Tähe Maailm OÜ that offers around 15 000 m² of office space. It is currently rented by the Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board (ARIB), Finnair, Foundation Innove and Karoliine kindergarten and child care, Tartu Private School TERA and Tartu Private Kindergarten Terake.
