Today’s Tartu Postimees covers the Riia 142 detailed plan launched by Tartu City Government. The works by FI Kinnisvara OÜ (Estiko) in reconstructing the former Institute of Physics of the University of Tartu have reached their final stage and the developer is now looking at other options in the promising area between Riia, Ringtee and Aardla streets.
“What we are aiming at is a modern-day business park with office, retail and service spaces,” said Kristo Seli, member of the board of FI Kinnisvara OÜ to Tartu Postimees.
