The newly installed printing machine increases Estiko Packaging Solutions’ overall printing throughput by up to 15%, allowing the company to respond more flexibly to growing order volumes and tighter delivery schedules. This added capacity helps to achieve consistently high printing quality, even in shorter printing jobs.
In addition, the machine enables printing and varnishing to be combined into a single process. This reduces handling steps, shortens lead times, and improves process consistency – factors that are increasingly important in food packaging, where efficiency, quality, and reliability must go hand in hand.
Alongside technological development, the investment also supports regional employment with new employees joining the production team. All operators are now receiving training for the new machine, so the upgraded production area will soon be ready to serve the global packaging needs.
